The hotel is conveniently located on a busy main road, making it easily accessible and close to the airport, shopping mall, and public transportation. the check, in and check, out process is smooth and hassle, free. the rooms are clean and equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, AC, and a window. the in, house restaurant, Ginger, offers reasonably tasty food, and the staff is responsive and friendly.
One negative aspect is the absence of a window in some rooms, which may not be preferred by some guests who prefer natural light and ventilation.

An amazing place to stay for a short visit, as it is located close to the train station and offers a comfortable double bed.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great time! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great location, close to shopping malls and public transport. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Plus, they had free WiFi which was a big bonus.
The prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit steep, and the water bottles were overpriced. the room could have used a bit more natural light.

Had a cozy and comfortable Xmas stay. Location was key, near to shopping mall and airport with easy access to public transport. the room had all needed amenities including a mini-bar and coffee maker, making our stay convenient. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable.
The restaurant was a bit expensive and could improve its prices. the tap water was not drinkable and water bottles were priced a bit steeply at Rs. 50 each.
